Payment Methods

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Safari Touch Tanzania accepts the following payment options for safari bookings, Kilimanjaro climbs, and Zanzibar holidays:

  • Bank transfers (wire transfers)

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • Online payment platforms (such as PesaPal here is the Link: https://store.pesapal.com/safaritouchtanzania )

  • Cash payments (accepted only at approved locations)


2. Deposit & Booking Confirmation

To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit of the total trip cost is required at the time of reservation. The deposit must be received within 7 days of booking confirmation. Failure to make the deposit within this period may result in cancellation of the reservation.


3. Balance Payment

The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the trip start date. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required immediately to secure the reservation.


4. Late Payments

Bookings that are not fully paid within the stated timeframes may be cancelled. Late payments may also lead to additional charges or loss of reserved services.


5. Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • 60 days or more before departure: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee

  • 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount paid

  • Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

  • No refunds are issued for no-shows or unused services after the trip has started


6. Currency & Transaction Fees

All payments should be made in USD or the equivalent local currency. Safari Touch Tanzania is not responsible for bank charges, exchange rate differences, or transaction fees applied by financial institutions.


7. Payment Confirmation

Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation receipt and updated invoice will be sent via email. Guests are encouraged to retain all payment records for reference.


8. Booking Changes & Additional Costs

Any changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and must be requested in writing. Modifications may result in additional costs depending on the nature of the change.


9. Payment Security & Privacy

All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment systems. Safari Touch Tanzania does not store credit card details, ensuring the protection of our clients’ financial information.
